Ordering Reminders

GENERAL REMINDERS

1. We accept orders for pick-up and delivery. For deliveries, we deliver via our in-house riders or through our partner couriers (i.e. GrabExpress). Delivery fee is already added on top of your total bill upon checkout. 

2. We accept same-day orders and advanced orders. For same-day orders, please allow 60 minutes waiting time upon confirmation and payment of orders. For advanced orders, we allow ordering for a maximum of 10 days in advance.

3. No minimum order amount required for pick-up and delivery transactions.

4. Prices in this website vary from in-store prices. All stated prices are inclusive of 12% VAT and 5% Packaging Charge.

Earlier cut-off times may be implemented on a case-to-case basis (i.e. holidays, special company gatherings, etc.)

6. Kindly double check the date and time you selected for your pick-up/delivery. Your order will not proceed to checkout without your preferred date/time. We will not be responsible for late or undelivered orders due to mistakes or changes in date/time. You can also see this in your confirmation email/SMS.

7. Quality and presentation of orders may be compromised given travel time and distance.

BANK TRANSFERS

If you chose to pay via bank transfer, please proceed to this page for our account details: https://order.blakes.ph/pages/payment. Once done, send your proof of deposit via Viber or email of the same branch. You will be notified once your payment is confirmed and once your order has been processed. 

DELIVERY RATES

For deliveries, we have fixed rates based on distance which will automatically be added to your total bill. Please see rates below:

    1. 0-4km P100
    2. 4.1km-8km P140
    3. 8.1km-12km P180
    4. 12.1km-16km P220
    5. 16.1km-20km P260
    6. 20.1km-25km P300

If your location is farther than 25km from the closest branch, our system will not be able to cater to your order. If you would like to proceed, choose 'Store Pickup' upon checkout and book your own courier to pick-up your order.

For deliveries, our system detects the closest branch to your delivery address based on driving distance with U-turns and road conditions accounted for. If you prefer to order from a specific branch, kindly select 'Store Pickup' upon checkout, choose your preferred branch, and leave a note in the special instructions box found in 'Your Cart'. We can arrange delivery from your chosen branch and coordinate the delivery fee with you accordingly.

USE OF PRIVILEGE CARDS (SENIOR CITIZEN AND PWD) 

Senior Citizen and PWD Discounts are honored for all website transactions. Please choose 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Cash on Pickup' upon checkout and wait for our call before settling your bill to avoid the need for refunds. Just leave details of the privilege cards to be used in the 'Notes' section upon checkout and once verified, we will provide you with your discounted total. 

USE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES AND E-GIFTS

Gift Certificates purchased in-store or E-Gifts purchased from Giftaway.ph can be used for all website purchases. Please choose 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Cash on Pickup' upon checkout and wait for our call before settling your bill to avoid the need for refunds. For gift certificates purchased in-store, just leave an instruction in the 'Notes' section that you would like to use your gift certificate. For E-Gifts, just leave the code that comes with your E-Gift in the 'Notes' section. We will verify validity of the gift certificate/E-Gift and once verified, we will provide you with your discounted total. 

PARTY TRAYS LEAD TIME 

Party trays and other bulk orders (amounting to Php 7,000 above) require a lead time of at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up or delivery. If your orders include a party tray item, all your orders will automatically be prepared the following day unless otherwise confirmed by the branch.

MENU AVAILABILITY AND REFUNDS

Availability of items is subject to the branch. A representative will get in touch with you should your order or any part of your order is not available. Should you wish to cancel your transaction due to an unavailable item, your refund will be processed within the same day.

Terms & Conditions

1. Once payment has been made and orders are confirmed, orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. If cancelled for invalid reasons, no refunds will be granted. If cancelled, due to a fault on our end such as shortage in inventory, please expect your refund within the same day.

2. In cases where delivery is attempted by the vendor, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:

  • Absence of the recipient;
  • Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel;
  • Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully;
  • Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items;
  • No-show cancellations;
  • Failure to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery,

Blake’s Wings & Steaks reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to the customer for food that has already been prepared and transported.
